Welcome Message from the Chairs of NSWMD'2018

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 3ed IEEE International Workshop on Networks of Sensors, Wearable, and Mobile Devices Co-located with IEEE Local Computer Networks Conference (LCN 2018) in Chicago, USA. The workshop is intended to be a key forum to exchange knowledge and experience among researchers, developers and practitioners of networks of medical and mobile devices. We would like to thank all the authors of all submitted papers both accepted and rejected. Furthermore, we would like to expre our gratitude to the program committee members who conducted reviews for submitted papers, and did their best to provide suggestions for their improvements.
